I am an experienced practitioner specializing in Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Medical Massage, Lymph Drainage, Deep Tissue Massage, Zero Balancing, Visceral Manipulation, Emotional Release, Aroma Therapy, Acupressure Massage, and Energy Body Healing.  My philosophy is simple - awareness, relief and healing.  Each session is always tailored to the individual needs of each client.  

I have degrees and certifications from The Swedish Institute,The Upledger Institute, The Chikly Institute, The Zero Balancing Institute, and The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, where I have studied many "cutting edge" modalities extensively.  I am currently licensed in the State of New York.  

I have been fortunate to study with some of the most extraordinary pioneers of alternative therapies.  I believe I am in practice not only to "fix" the problems of others but to assist them towards wholeness and health.
